This is one of my favorite promises. I have so many favorites, but when I am facing something hard I know that God is with me. Maybe this will turn out to be one of your favorites, too.
- "For I the Lord Thy God will hold thy right hand saying unto you fear not I will help you." Isaiah 41:13 I picture in my mind God holding my hand. I know He is there. I feel safe and peaceful like when you enjoy a beautiful sunset.
- "I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:4 Now I don't know about you, but I have a lot of fears and I am thankful I can give them to Him and He will help me. That means a lot to me!
- This one goes right along with the one above because it tells me with His help I can do anything. "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 And, my strength comes from Him.
- God is there for us, He can do anything. "And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19
- "For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone." Psalm 91:11 & 12 Psalm 91 has a a lot of wonderful verses that comfort and talk about God's love and care. It would be well worth your time to sit down and read the whole chapter.

Another one from chapter 91 is: "I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him I will trust." Psalm 91:2
- He tells us: "...I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Hebrews 13:5 And, In Matthew 28:20 He tells us: "...lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." He is always there for us- always.
- God is there for us. He is our help and our strength. Psalm 73:24-26 "You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
- God gives us good things. James 1:17 "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights..."
- Nothing can separate us from God's love. Romans 8:38-39 "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
- God tells us to give Him our problems. 1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you."
- John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
